15 Simple Ways to Awaken Your Kundalini Energy.
Close your eyes. Breathe deeply. Try to quiet your mind. What do you feel?
You probably know about your heartbeat. When you are calm enough, you may be able to feel the energy rushing through your veins and circulating through your muscles and your entire body.
Have you ever been able to name it before? If you answered 'no,' I got your answer. It can be considered Kundalini.
What is Kundalini Energy?
Kundalini is a world-renowned and deeply respected that permeates everyday life. Although it is known by many different names (Holy Spirit, Shakti, etc.) Based on a religious or religious belief system, there is a common denominator in this access to cosmic power.
The name is derived from the Sanskrit kundal meaning “combined.” The teaching of Dharma means that this inner force is assembled (like a serpent) near the base of the spine.
Kundalini's purpose is to awaken those dormant forces. Those who decide to follow Kundalini as a way to unleash this combined power are said to be rewarded with spiritual enlightenment and higher awareness of understanding.
Kundalini energy resides like a snake wrapped around the base of the spine. When this silent energy is released it flows upwards through seven chakras - which are the centers of our body's energy - and leads to an increased state of consciousness, known as kundalini awakening.
The diagram below shows how this force passes to the chakras.

Those who awaken the power of Kundalini are said to be more creative, more motivated and more balanced; emotionally and spiritually.
Since Kundalini can be regarded as the life force that drives the daily operations of our bodies and minds, and in a broad sense, the one that supports our spirits, it makes sense that opening it will help workers to reveal their true power and ingenuity.
Although the practice developed in India a thousand years ago, the West has faced Kundalini only since the late 1960s, thanks in part to Harbhajan Singh Khalsa, also known as Yogi Bhajan.
After moving to Toronto, Canada, he began teaching at the YMCA and established his own Yoga Center. Another history of Kundalini.
What Should Yoga Do With Kundalini?
While Yoga was originally taught as a way to enlightenment, more and more practitioners today tend to look to yoga for relief from anxiety, and let's face it - the body of yoga. Those who aspire to enlightenment, however, seek Kundalini as their preferred yoga practice.
Instead of focusing on the unity of the body, mind or spirit, Kundalini yoga seeks to incorporate all of this into a holistic practice that leads to the release of energy.
In the physical context of performing this practice, it focuses on key energy signals (points where energy flow is greater) to bring awareness and activate areas such as the spine and navel.
In addition, important breathing techniques, such as pranayama, are used that help workers control their breath and open up their inner strength.
These physical steps taken to achieve a sense of higher awareness can be linked to Kundalini Yoga, but the awakening of the energy itself and the higher awareness that the results can be considered as Kundalini Meditation.

How Awaken Kundalini
Kriya Technique is used
Consider trying the Kriya Technique, which specializes in breathing. You can do this easily at home, and practice once a day in a quiet, undisturbed room.
Breathe into the tail bones, at the end of your spine. As you breathe out, reflect your breath with your spine in a straight line and up using the crown of your head. Keep focusing on those high-energy and breathing increases.
Next, move your breath upside down, from the top of your head, to your third eye (located between your browsers) and down your throat and heart.
Once these breathing cycles are complete, exert some energy with a song addressed to a spiritual teacher or a single mantra word (such as "love" or "peace" or "truth"). Chant as you inhale and exhale.
You may want to combine Kriya with our Kundalini Awakening meditation, which is designed to unlock the body's resistance to stress and help release that energy from Kundalini from the bottom of your spine.
15 Ways to Awaken Kundalini
If you want to discover and revitalize your Kundalini power, here are 15 ways you can help facilitate progress in your Kundalini practice:
2. Stay Straight: It is much easier to breathe properly if your spine is straight and the crown of your head is pointed at the ceiling. Make sure you stay tall with your spine full.
3. Avoid negligence: Your performance will definitely improve by focusing on the positive aspects of each day's session and the positive aspects of your whole life.
4. Refine Your Diet: You are what you eat! If you are trying to rejuvenate your unlimited inner energy, empower your habit with a complete, healthy, plant-based diet. It makes a difference and can help determine your thoughts, feelings, and health.
5. Move Your Body: Opening your energy requires care and dedication - but shouldn't your body get that kind of love? Make sure you move your body with the exercise you enjoy every day- whether it's a long walk or a series of stretches or a fun group game.
6. Be Alert: At times, it may seem that there's no way out. Everyone gets this. Instead of dwelling on negative events, do what is practical to cope with each problem. You will get better (emotionally) so you can also focus on your Kundalini practice.
7. Find Your Nation: Carefully, you show off the people and the places around you. Carefully choose a circle with people who are kind, supportive, honest and well challenged. Your health will definitely improve when you are energized.
8. Find a Counselor: Whether it's a fellow yogi or just a clever soul, find someone to communicate with on a deeper level. You may also want to share your Kundalini experience.
9. Shouting, Shouting, Shouting: This may be strange to yogis who have been practicing quietly, but screaming is a form of worship that helps to simplify the Kundalini situation. Find a teacher or phrase you feel comfortable repeating and see if singing can help you in your practice.
10. Make Your Interests Work: Most of the time, we focus on jobs because we feel we shouldn’t - not because we enjoy it. Set aside an hour each day to do activities you feel connected to, be it art, music, garden, sports or programs. Do whatever you can to enjoy your daily priorities.
11. Here and Now: As you go through the day, make an effort to stay up to date with the present. Try to cut out the external thinking and direct your attention to the task at hand and in the near future. Meditation always helps the Kundalini practice and can leave you feeling satisfied and stable.
12. Go With the Flow: Managing your life easily may seem appealing, but there is freedom in giving up the good planning of daily life. View each morning as a hobby. Do not be discouraged if your date does not go as planned.
13. Reassurance: If you can be kind to everyone around you… except you, your Kundalini practice (and your health and happiness) will get worse. Take time each day to remind yourself of your many talents, blessings and signs.
14. Cut out Distractions: It is very easy to be distracted in the real world by means of TV, the Internet, and cell phones. Avoid temptation. Raising your spirits will be even more difficult if you refuse to truly associate with the people around you and yourself because of these distractions. If possible, turn off your phone or set up your devices for a limited time each day or make a commitment to check them only occasionally.
15. Try to use music for relaxation: Listening to music or rhythm that relaxes your mind and body helps to promote a meditative state that can help you in your Kundalini process. Music like this allows you to relax easily and get into the inner energy flow.
If you feel stuck, try to calm the mind, take a deep breath and listen to a binaural beats track like Deep Meditation, Chill Pill, or the best of Kundalini Awakening Healing.
Do Not Rush in Your Quest to Release Your Power From Kundalini
We live in a world that is geared toward making our primary pursuit in life seem trivial, misguided, or foolish, especially when it is a matter of spiritual enlightenment and deep connection.
Don't be fooled by that. Kundalini is a habit and does not happen overnight. So remember.
Know that it is a process and strive for progress, not any kind of perfection. It can be frustrating, but be patient, and you will begin to feel more in touch with your strength soon.
